Ts. Dr. Manju Appathurai is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Mahat Advisory — the Strategic Firewall for ASEAN's Bridge Generation. She holds dual doctoral qualifications — a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (INTI International University, 2026) and a PhD in Crisis Economics (Manipal GlobalNxt University, 2023) — alongside a Master of Psychology and active clinical psychology licensure at the highest European professional standard: EFPA EU Level B, ISO 10667, and British Psychological Society membership. She is a Licensed Technologist (Ts.), a regulated credential the Malaysia Board of Technologists has issued to fewer than a thousand practitioners nationwide.
She has advised the WTO, the World Bank, the ASEAN Secretariat, the Indian Ocean Rim Association, GCC institutional bodies, and six Malaysian federal ministries across twenty-five consecutive years. She has coached more than 200 C-suite leaders across five continents, delivered over 100 international keynotes since 2015, and built eight proprietary frameworks — LEAD™, BRIDGE™, SCAN™, GUARD™, COMPASS™, CORE™, ASCEND™, MOAT™ — entirely from primary research with senior ASEAN leaders. She founded APAC's first clinical AI agent workforce practice, hosts The Centered Edge, and is the author of seven books.
